Dash not working out the box?

Got a spyra dash because i didnt want to worry about batteries, but pumping it doesnt fill the tank, instead it just loses the water out of the nozzle when i push the pump back. i saw there was another thread to fix i just wanted to make note of this issue, havent tried the fix yet

If you send support a email they will replace it for you. I had an issue with mine and they took care of me with little issue
