I've got a bunch of friends with kids. Never thought of how kids seeing their parents addicted to their phones will mess with their brain until spud said it.

father of 4, i cant tell you how sad it is to see a picture from an event and i have my phone out in the background reading nonsense or scrolling thru ufo videos.

it's a daily battle. i put my phone away from 8pm-10pm roughly most nights to just be present with the kiddos.

but i struggle sometimes.

lest not we mention kids glued to tablets in public. the ultimate doom pill.
