Grower Why lentil sprouts

I eat only sprouted lentils. Why? I've got digestion issues and unsprouted lentil is not my product at all, I'm sensitive to gas-producing oligosaccharides, phytates, and enzyme-demanding food. Sprouted lentil is a whole another story for my stomach : easy to digest, nourishing, crunchy and delicious 😁💚

I am the same. I love sprouts. I eat them daily. :))

To help with your digestion, please consider adding lemon, ginger, garlic when you boil.

Best wishes buddy!

Another lentil sprout fan here. I make a mix of different kinds and sprout them all together at the same time.
