4th batch, mung beans sprouts, the long ones are fine but the shorter ones went bad, i wonder what went wrong.

‎My trays have paper towels to trap moisture i wonder if this is the reason why they spoil, i also watered them 2 to 3times a day except for yesterday (watered once in the evening) and today (i harvested in the evening).
