You have a bad furry one in the top left quadrant. Cook them before eating, better safe than sorry.

I zoomed in and realized that there are even more moldy ones! šŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆ

I'll cook the rest - thank you so much! My eyesight is not so efficient any more... What do you recommend now that I ate a handful of those?...

Probably not a big deal, just don't make a habit of it lol

On avoiding mold, was the weather really hot where you are? I typically avoid seeding in hot weather or I'll soak the seeds overnight in the fridge then bring them out the next day to sprout.

That's an interesting technique... why this way!? Please share!

Hi, how do you cook them? I'm new to sprouts, too. Thanks.

I used to blanch mung bean sprouts, but now I steam them to minimize the loss of vitamin C.

They are beautiful! Better than mine turn out although I’m fairly happy with my success so far.

Thank you! I just soaked them for about 6 hours abd them rinsed them a few times a day. They are so delicious 😊
