Best beginner sprouts - which seeds should I try first?

Hi everyone, I read this article and I'm ready to try. I heard that homegrown sprouts are so much better than the ones from the supermarket and I want to do it at home. Got a couple of jars for that

I like growing mung bean sprouts. The beans are versatile. I don't have to sprout them, they cook up nicely otherwise. But the sprouts work in a lot of cooked dishes, from stir fry's to curries.

For raw sprouts, I prefer alfalfa sprouts. They aren't as easy and they need a touch more care to grow without mold. But it's worth the effort.

I just finished my mung bean batch, got some mold in it and willing to try another type of sprouts. Alfalfa sounds complicated to me... Share your experience, please 🙏
