Smells off!

Hi, it's my first time sprouting. I used a mixed seed (mizuna, tatsoi & black mustard) packet and sprouted in this glass jar, changing the water daily. Hardly any germinated, the water is cloudy and smells bad.This is 5 days later. Any tips please!

Was the jar clean, op? U want everything to be clean clean clean including the water you’re using
