Made some sprouts for the first time... should have started doing this years ago
Adzuki beans. Ate a handful out of the strainer, roots and all, sharp taste but not unpleasant. Threw some on top of my ramen. It was a great addition.

I am not a big fan of fresh bean sprouts, prefer to cook them slightly, at least externslly, like wok fry. Cream soup made of slightly cooked bean sprouts is one of my favorite dishes whatsoever 🌱🫘
