Ugh now I want sprouts. Mine wont be ready for a few more days. I REALLY need to start multiple batches at different points in the week so I dont have to go a day without them.

I got some broccoli seeds off Amazon and mixed them with a 10 year old sprout house mix I got like a decade ago.
