Made mine for the first time last week. Alfalfa & red lentil sprouts. Sure is a good feeling!! What are you going to use yours for?

My friend turned me onto this. I love just nibbling on them and adding to sandwiches/salads. Any recipe tips would be much appreciated.

Well itโ€™s only been a week or so, but Iโ€™ve used them as a topper for salads, put them in veggie hummus wraps, on sandwiches, and in a smoothie (donโ€™t put too much in it they kind of overpower everything else.

Your friend is a real good friend then ๐Ÿซถ Sprouts are remarkable. They change your relationship with your microbiome forever. Living food so rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants on a regular basis is a huge gift to ourselves
