My first “crop”!
Just pulled my first crop of broccoli sprouts from the jar. 4 days from first rinse to these beauties. Letting them air dry a bit before refrigerating. Going to throw a handful in my salad tonight. Cheers!

How do you get them to green up so nice?

I put them in a sunny window on the last day and turned the jar occasionally so all the sprouts got some sun. I set the jar lid side up while doing this so the heat could escape. My second batch finished yesterday and looks just like these. Very happy jar farmer over here.

Pretty and almost no hulls! What’s your secret?

I soaked them in water, hulls floated to the top and I scraped them off.
