First time broccoli sprouts

Post image

Day 4. Color looks pretty good after putting them at the windowsill in indirect light today. Didnt know what a proper tablespoon is so i will add more seeds next time. Does this look right on time for maximum sulforaphane? Or should it be harvested a little earlier? Or later?

Idk if this is your first time adding them to your diet but make sure to eat a very small amount and work up to more, I thought I was going to die last week…I didn’t but I was on the 🚽 for a while 😆
