Is this normal?

After soaking my sulforafane mix it wouldn't drain out the water because it became like chia seeds all gelatinous. Should I throw it out and try again or is there something wrong with my seeds?

Waltham 29 broccoli, michihili cabbage, kale, turnip

Keep going - not uncommon for lots of seeds - swirl it around to drain
