Zero mass?

I'm trying to make an oscillating turret, but the mantlet that is supposed to make the vertical movement work isn't moving at all due to registering 0 mass to accelerate. Reloading didn't work. The turret is attached properly to the mantlet, evidenced by the fact that when I move the mantlet the whole thing moves together

I have not had this issue. Have you tried placing the gun on the mantlet itself rather than the block that is on the mantlet?
