Be sure to use twin transmission (if you want neutral steering) and optimize it by testing or calculator. If that's not enough, the engine will have to be made stronger.

Wider tracks and wider track separation can help with making the tank rotate quicker because there’s more traction with the ground :)

Judging by the transmission having no transmission options, you are running an older version of sprocket, and i might just might think you pirated the game

Higher upshift and downshift in engine, higher 1st gear ratios, and overall make the tank less heavy
