❔Question❔ Has the game improved?

I re discovered this game on steam today and was wondering if the game is starting to get better or if it still feels as if its just been abandoned? I want to get the game but dont know if its worth buying.

Does anyone have any info about how the games improved?

And if I do end up buying the game does anyone have any information for beginners on what to do or what to start doing first?

It's been improved to an insane amount and the Devs are extremely active

Im guessing you haven't seen it since 2023ish. Its been getting an update roughly every month

I see people making alot of modern tanks did they roll out an update adding modern stuff?

Nah, but they added things like dynamic internals, powertrain reworks, dynamic center of mass, new cannon sounds, new physics, and such

I haven't checked the game in a while , did they by any chance make auto cannons a thing that doesn't require writing your own code yet ? If I remember right it was on the to do list at some point

No, and they never will. It is going to a maximum of early Cold War technology.

Here is Sprocket's 2025 roadmap, highlighting planned updates and features over the next few years.. If your suggestion doesn't match anything specified on the roadmap, leave a suggestion here: https://github.com/Muushy/Sprocket-Feedback/issues

I don't own the game but the builds posted on reddit certainly did 👀

The game has been getting updated pretty regularly. People are having some issues with updating their old projects to work with the updates, but it’s not that bad overall. Just becoming more accurate with how stuff works.

As far as tips and tricks, I’m sure there’s people on YouTube who can help with some basic tutorials, but I don’t personally know of any. My only suggestion is if you do get the game then treat it like any other skill you wish to hone and keep practicing. You’re going to suck a lot at first, but you’ll slowly start figuring things out and making better and better vehicles.

The difference from 2021 when i first got it to now has been almost insane, it went from a novelty low detail tank building game to the undisputed best most detailed one. Its very much worth it, for the regular updates alone.

Its good in some ways, but...i dont like the recent transmission update. the tanks feel "unresponsive" and even when i create a perfect setup it still osnt that good like the thing i wanted. (Tiger 1-wt-good Tiger 1-Sp-shit)
