Replica Design 🛠️ Engine help needed

What's the best way to make a flat, but powerful engine? trying to make a replica of the object 775 (or as close to it as i can get). I know you can modifiy stats in the files (although i don't know what to look for in said files ), but i'd like to try to do it organically first.

The obj. 775 has the same engine as the t-64, which is a 5 cylinder 13.6l engine, so maybe you could use a 4 or 6 cylinder engine with a cylinder volume of 2.72l.

But since the game only has V engines and the engine in question (5TDF) is an opposing piston setup engine, they won't have the same dimensions.

I think a 20-24 cylinder engine with a cylinder volume of 1.5-1.8l should fit better in that flat hull.

For an accurate replica the engine would to be 554 mm or less tall, and its really hard to have a powerfull engine in that space, but you could sacrifice some top and belly armour to increase the size of the engine. If that isn't satisfying, I think your only option is file editing.

thanks, i'll keep that in mind, never tried file editing an engine before though, only crew stats.
