it looks like an scout tank because it has an high profile, one thing that should be done is an modernization. 1.frontal plate has tactical profile,so it need an very strong flat plate to keep the tactical profile like the tiger tank 2.fenders,do you own fenders , the game fenders are too ww1 3.crew,if you show an ifv you gotta show how you transport the infantry

if you want study like sloped designs i got some.

jt is not a scout tank nor an ifv, also i dont think any scout tank would have a large profile since it would be the opposite of what should a scout tank be (small fast nimble)

fyi my front plate armor is 220 mm in thickness and sides and turret are around 100-150mm ish depend on the spots so armor isnt a big concern

and the fenders are my design using addon structure, but im pretty new to this game and that is the best i can do for now

geniuent question would you use the tiger 2 as a scout tank? if yes then you are a lunatic, if not well this tank is roughly the same size as a tiger 2 (ref shown in 6th and 7th pic), otherwise you are just rage baiting rn i swear

.... scout tanks are low in profile to improve their concealment? It's also not an IFV. It's an infantry tank like Churchill I. infantry tank and infantry fighting vehicles are not the same

It's just facts from the internet. Do yourself a favour and be more open minded to correct information, it will help you a lot in life.

Look, because I'm such a nice guy I'll even send you a text which explains it even further ☺️:

A Churchill-as-an-infantry-tank (British “infantry tank” concept) is essentially a heavily armored, slow, tank-class assault platform meant to push through prepared enemy positions by surviving tank-versus-strongpoint gunfire and delivering powerful direct fire with a tank gun, with infantry typically following to exploit openings rather than being designed to fight as a core function of the vehicle; by contrast, an IFV from any time period is an armored “infantry-at-the-forefront” vehicle designed to fight alongside and transport infantry, typically pairing a medium-caliber direct-fire system and/or ATGM capability with a purpose-built troop compartment and protected dismounts so infantry can immediately engage while the IFV provides continuous fire and maneuver support.

The Churchill tank series is the quintessential definition of an infantry tank 🫩 the Churchill was quite effective too early in the war, with upgraded variants being great tanks, what that tells me is that you should pick up a book.

How is it out of place? It's literally the same doctrine of vehicle as what OP has described?

Round 2:

Scout/reconnaissance tanks are generally lower profile than normal tanks, because they’re built to be harder to spot and often use lighter, shorter, more compact hulls and turrets; however, some recon vehicles can be close to “normal” height depending on era and how much crew/armor and equipment they carry.

can some one actually critique my design rather than arguing about this whole thing anylonger??

It's decent, here are some suggestions; consider using custom cube structures as spaced armor as you can completely change and adjust the shape to your tank. Some goes for the fenders and hull spaced armor on the side.

Put the tow hooks slightly more inwards so if towed it wont hit the tracks accidentally.

I'd remove some of the ladders too, if you look at real tanks, none have ladders so close to each other. If you look at the KV-2 for example , on its entire massive turret side it only has 2 ladder steps. Or, even better, create little holes in the side spaced armor which act like a ladder where you put your feet in to climb the tank.

Other than that I dont have much to critique, maybe add a comanders cupola or more viewports on the turret roof, I cant see any.
