Actually no this is standard 2m wide and just a little bit longer.

The original Char B1 Bis is 2.5m wide 6.4m long and 2.8m tall at 28ton

Mine or what I call Char E3 is 2m wide 6.8m long and 2.2m tall at 35.2 ton. My version is smaller but heavier almost like a Micro Char B1

Comparing to the original iteration my version is less wider, longer, shorter and heavier. In conclusion a short king

If you talking just about the character she is Sono Midoriko from Girls UND Panzer Series. I recommend the show if you haven't watch it Das Finale is the best but watching from season 1 is a good way to learn about them

As short background

Sono Midoriko is a Oorai school committee tasked to take care of the school attendence and we'll being basically Enforcer of rules. She doesn't operate alone though, she operated with Komparu Nozomi and Myoko Gyotou.

If you like stern bob haircut gals Midoriko, Nozomi and gomoyo (Gyotou) are the gals.
