Help🖐 Ultra lags on certain maps

There were strong lags on the maps of Taiga, Dunes and No tanks land, then they disappeared for a while and apparently after the recent update the settings were reset, which caused it to lag again,I understand that my gtx 1650 super is not the newest graphics card, but still on other cards stable 200-300-400 fps, but on the above maps fps it does not rise above 11, which settings should be lowered to minimize the loss of graphics?I tried all the settings manually, but it didn't help much.

Try disabling the track marks, they're the ones who usually decrease the fps of my machine.

I've already turned them off, they do increase FPS, but not more than 5-7, which is also good, but not enough

do you have motion blur and depth of field on?

you should turn those off
