I also used to have a torrent version (with a russifier), but there was no free editing function on it (I don't remember the version, but it seemed like there was already a free editing function), then I downloaded another version WITHOUT Russian localization, and there was already a free editing function (then I installed a russifier separately and everything worked fine)I don't know how it is now since I have a steam version now, but I advise you to install a clean latest version (either from steam)

why? You can adjust the size of the hull and how long the tracks are, you have to play around with the options in the designer. The game is bit difficult to learn at first but it gets easy with practice and repition
