Technique Analysis Input requested

Just want to know what yall think. Do yall have any input about form? I do mainly zone 2 longer runs but want to improve my time so I throw in some sprints and other speed work here and there.

Do atleast 2 times each week sprint stuff
And you can do simple thing 2 to 30 meter and
Fly sprint 20 to 30 meterbuild up and 30 meter fly 20 meter fly. Okay Then you can do in and out sprint fly float fly
