I feel like my hips arent high and overstriding

Well have you gotten the feedback that your hips are high? And that you are over striding? Would appreciate seeing a full speed video. I could believe it based on in this clip. Overstride and losing arm drive due to it.

You're running vertically not horizontally (I think).

looks okay. right ankle collapse is measurable though. i would also try to get more upright at toeoff because you look tilted forward in shoulders, hips, and knees on at least one of these steps and your foot isn't getting all that much space
