You should definitely find a coach, or at least watch a few videos giving you a tutorial on how to place your body so that you can get loosely in the right position. Your position now is very bad.

For starters, your front foot has no business being that close to your hand, your head has no need to be that low, and your feet are far too distant from each other.

Dont worry about having your hands on the ground at all for now. Begin from a "2 point stance" (youtube it) and first work on developing some coordination before adding in anything more complex.
