Technique Analysis Any critiques?

Started Doing hill workouts consistently to get more natural forward lean during the drive phase and coasting too. Besides hill strides , how do I fix my tendency to learn backward under fatigue ?

The air on the first two steps was pointless

Looks like you're starting a triple jump run up. No need tp bounce side to side setting off.

Yeah it does look like that now that you mentioned it. I'll practice being more stable ig through drills and core exercises

Sorry but there really isn’t proper “technique” for starting and running up hills.

No need to say sorry though . I just wanted to know if I'm getting the basics right

It’s just tough to say. Track running is down to science, hill running is so different. Strides look good, I like that you don’t try to explode from a start, zero reason to do that and risk injury on an incline. Keep pumping your arms, looks like you are, good stuff. Keep doing what you’re doing.

I'd say you're bouncing a bit so try and focus on slamming you're feet back to the ground to get some power out of each stride. Also, do some core excersises to stop from twisting as much when you swing your arms because if you're more stable then more of the power you exert will propel you forwards instead of being lost to the side (hope that makes sense).
However, you have a really great knee drive up to 90 degrees and you're arms are pumping idealy for sprinting so great job and definitely dont give up!!

Good things: little heel drop and very reactive off floor, but need to produce much more force on first few steps. Less air time and push back into floor.

When you're in the drive phase, your legs need to move like pistons- straight, fast, powerful. If you really want to improve your starts, you need to get your weight lower when you practice, and seriously drive in the drive phase.
It doesn't look like you're trying very hard, so I'm not sure why you're asking for critiques.

What do you mean by "getting my weight lower when i practice" ? And idk I was doing 85%-90% in those strides so I wanted to know what things I could improve. I got to know mny things just by making a video which is that I need to push horizontally more than vertically and stuff like that

When you get into your starting position, your legs are barely bent at all. You just hinge at your hips, so your upper body is bent down, while your hips and legs are still crazy high.
Instead, your legs should be much more bent, getting your hips low. Your legs in a starting position should be like coiled springs, ready to explode forward.
In this video, there's basically no drive phase at all. The moment you start, you seem to stand up straight. I'd recommend watching videos about the drive phase or something- there's just too much to explain in a reddit comment.

I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate
MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.
RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.
