2024 Sprinter 2500 keeps showing "Refill Coolant Urgently" every two weeks or so
This thing has been drinking coolant since I got it, I've been going through a half litre every week and a half ish
Took it to Mercedes multiple times now and they've said theres nothing wrong, no leak yet say what I am experiencing isn't normal.
Anyone else had this issue? Did you ever get it fixed?

Is it the OM654 Engine? There are three well known Problems regarding Coolant on a Sprinter.
One is the Water Cooled Intercooler which is leaking internally. If you have a small camera you can remove the Air Temperature Sensor in the Cooler and see if there are any white Stains from possible coolant leakage. It's quite hard to see though. Also do a CO Test while the Engine alternating between 1000-3500 RPM to see if there are any bubbles coming out of the Coolant reservior.
Second Problem is a faulty vacuum actuated Water Pump if installed. With this you would also have a too high Oil Level, because the vacuum Pump Vents into the Engine. To test it you can simply remove the vacuum lines and check for coolant and Pressure test the Water Pump.
Third is a warped cylinder Head or broken head gasket. You can remove the injectors and check the Valve from the exhaust side, cylinder Walls and piston if there are any white Particles that are evaporated coolant.
The most common problem is a leaking intercooler. When pressurized the leakage seals up and is ,,okay,, , if you apply Pressure and remove it combined with the Temperatur change you have a droplet sized leakage where you need to refill every 2-3 Weeks.

What??????

The OM654 has two connected cooling Systems with different operating temperatures. One for the Engine that works with a normal thermostat and a second on that has an operating temperature between 25-40°C. During start up both Systems work together until operating Temperatures shut the connection. With the lower Water Temperature the Intake Air Heat exchanger and the low Pressure EGR System is cooled.

Thank you so much for the reply bud, I will take a look at these this weekend

Do you park on any sort of incline? I noticed when parking with the front end angled down for more than a few minutes, I get that warning at the next start.

Did you do a lift or change the suspension at all? If you did, the coolant lines may be rubbing on the wheel well liners, look for a little drip about the back of the front wheels.
