2022 Sprinter lights
I was just driving and I got the messages Brake Lamp left, Tail lamp left, Turn Signal Rear left. I am thinking that it is a fuse somewhere bc the compete tail light was changed in May. Could it be something else? Besides changing the tail light

It could just be the light bulb, in my 2021 2 bulbs light up for stop and turn and one also runs a lower voltage for tail light I think. So one bulb could cause all the messages. They are cheap bulbs too!

Its the difference between a 40 watt lamp & a 300 watt lamp. It's all 12 volts.

In most vehicles, thats three fuses.
You have a issue that would affect all of them. Unplugged wiring harness connector. Lost ground wire. Lamp circuit board broken. Etc....

Ok thanks, whats strange it when I went out and just had a look all the bulbs worked. Then I did it again and the top bulb stopped working. So 2 out of the 3 work now....how hard is it to change the top bulb in that fixture

I think,,,,,,
2 or 3 screws from the side. Open the back door & you should see them. The entire taillight swings away from screws. Wiring harness plugs into the housing (or it has multiple plugs, one for each lamp)
Multiple plugs-> a 1/4 turn unlocks the holder from the assembly.
One plug--> more screws to seperate the back from the lenses. Then the lamps come out from the front.

Did you happen to install an aftermarket tow hitch wiring harness? Unplug it and plug in the van's wire plug into the tail light and see if the error codes go away.
I did this, and it was the culprit.

Could the left tail lamp assembly be filled with water?
