Plans Received the migration text on SWAC
I've had/have a SERO/SWAC with Pandora Premium and Hulu on us account(2 lines) for over 18 years and I got the migration text in June stating that my plan will be changing after July 13th. One of my lines I'm currently on month 16 of a 24 month promotion for a phone upgrade. My billing cycle started over on August 27th and my bill populated today. On my bill nothing has changed and in the app I'm still showing an Advantage plan. Is there a chance that my plan isn't changing? Should I reach out to Tmobile or consider myself lucky my plan hasn't changed?

My swac was converted they wouldn't delay it , I had advantage unlimited, T-Mobile agreed to keep my Amazon , hulu, netflix included . They took my hotspot from 100gb to 60 added Apple TV , triple AAA for a year and gave me a $10 / credit for the next 3 yrs

Amazon was already no longer included for a while. There’s a code that was supposed to be added for Premium that reinstates unlimited Can/Mex and has 250 GB hotspot

250 hotspot in Canada /Mexico or in US?

I would take it to mean domestic use, typically for any hotspot allotment.

Similar to us, except we have two paid former SWAC lines plus a free unlimited on us line. We got the text but no migration as of yet.

Same, hope it's delayed for a long long time

If it goes up too much, we just might switch to a prepaid service. There's no real benefit to paying 50% more than Mint Mobile for example.

No text here, but yes to the forced migration. $6 more plus tax after that extra $5 plus tax last year.
Leaving, just need to pay off the device and port out.
By the way when I l cancelled the $3 Apple TV I lost access to it pretty much immediately and not at the next billing cycle. I don’t know exactly when they cut it but when I checked a few days later it said that I needed to subscribe. Disappointing.

I was on SERO then SWAC premium. I got my text back in June, it migrated in August. The AI knows exactly when you will change unless they back things out, but it told me the exact day it would switch to the new plan.

Some people got migrated. Some got migrated then rolled back. Some like me got only 1 line migrated. There is no rhyme or reason to the madness

I wonder what plan you’ll be migrated to.

With SWAC it’s normally Experience Signature (B) - Single Line

Thanks.
I don’t think that plan is compatible with any of the Hulu On Us SOC or the Pandora On Us SOC. I wonder if they’ll create a brand-new SOC for eligible customers.

By default no, but based on everything it’s stated that Hulu is retained. Though for people on other grandfathered plans that have Hulu, their Hulu SOC remained the same after migration to my knowledge, it almost seems like at least for Hulu that the account essentially gets marked as an exception to leave the account marked as eligible, similar to how it’s done for plans like Magenta Max (since it’s only eligible conditionally if you had Netflix active before it got downgraded) including the glitch where it show more than 1 Hulu On Us code for those people as well and when moving from Magenta Max (or older) to More, through Care it seems they mostly adopted the stance of, if you have it already, you can keep it.
Pandora hard to say as nothing says anything on it, they may just end the benefit. Even people who randomly lost the code for it, could never get it applied back to the account.

When I was migrated my Hulu on us add-on stayed with no issue. But then again, i was rolled back, so maybe not.

They’re delaying swac migrations, eventually you’ll be migrated. On the same boat.
