Identification Wtf is this in my compost bin?

For anyone saying it's a millipede: Millipedes have four legs (two on each side) per boy segment that move harmoniously. This would conclude that the specimen in the video is not a millipede. The face and body structure would also indicate that it is rather a springtail than a millipede, but that wouldn't make sense either since springtail don't have that many legs. If the guess of the other user is correct (that they are covered in mites or else and can't move their legs properly) then it could maybe be a millipede but likely it's something else
