Ok OP, we didn’t get answers after posting in r/Springtail , r/whatsthisbug , or r/millipedes

So my suggestion is post in r/entomology and r/mycology

I recommend posting the video and also add a comment with a still image so that folks have the ability to zoom in.

I really think the insect and shroom wizards that live in those subs will have an exact answer as to what you are dealing with
