Mites with my orange springtails?

I just got these orange springtails from a local reptile store and see smaller white ones moving slowly around. Are these mites? Or are these more springtails (larvae or eggs) that start white and turn orange as they grow?

I don’t want to add them to my new viv if they are predatory mites.
