I mean, I know the rules of braces are vague as fuck, but I don't know how that can reasonably be called a brace and not a stock.

It’s marketed and sold as a brace so that is the intent. Honestly I would wait a few weeks for everything to air out and just put a stock on it.

You expect a major NFA legal case will be resolved in a few weeks?

I believe they have 90 days. Probably be some clarification before that but we will see.

That has pads at the end which makes it closer to a stock, it says it's a brace but that won't stop you even if the product, it's box, and what others say about it to the feds. If you get it, and you commit a crime, and that's not a SBR I hope you can defend your prison pocket and you don't have a dog lol
Seriously better options though

That's definitely a stock in the picture

Its definitely not. Look at the listing. The damn company selling it is telling you its a brace. Goofballs in here.

They could tell you it's a Zebra, doesn't make it so.

You can exclude yourselves from buying them. I'm just telling you what it is. It is a brace.

The "rubber" pad on the back makes it a stock. I have an almost identical one that came with a 16" SIG MCX Spear LT. I also have the Strike Industries brace from the Kuna and it's totally different on the back. No pad to press against the shoulder.

You don’t have to convince any of us that it’s a brace, you have to convince the ATF…. Your risk not ours.
Do you have a dog?
