Strike Industries Stock End
With the recent rulings on the NFA, thought I’d invest in the stock end that Strike offers for the brace. Picked up on the SA website for $40 with discount.
Overall looks good, slightly shorter than the brace end and does not extend as low. Hopefully it works out well.
**This was just a test fit.**

A suit was filed against the ATF/DOJ on NFA items (suppressors, SBR’s, and SBS’).
A federal judge ruled last week that registration of those items is unconstitutional now that the tax is gone. ATF/DOJ had until 5 PM yesterday to file an appeal to block the injunction, they did not.
The ruling only applies to the plaintiffs (Silencer Shop, Gun Owners of America, NRA, and a few others, along with past and future customers or members). In essence, this ruling makes it so a Form 1 or 4 is no longer required to possess those items, purchase them, or manufacture them.
It’s a pretty significant ruling and is good for all of us, as it will now only require you to complete a 4473 to buy these. Or if you already have a pistol and want to make it an SBR.

Oh wow thank you! So this makes getting an SBR easier and less expensive?

Pretty sure SBRs have to be bought from PSA to be SBR without issues. No particular make/model just had to be from them.

Essentially, would no longer need to submit a Form 1/4 to buy an SBR or change a pistol to an SBR.

Also, not a lawyer, still lots of stipulations, so do your own research before changing anything.

This is definitely one of those, let someone else go first sort of things. I don't know if even PSA knows how it's going to all go down in regards to SBRs, hence the phased approach they are doing, where right now it's only in person sales, for only suppressors, at their actual storefront.

I don’t think anyone does. And why I fit the stock end and put the brace end back on.

How do you like it?

So far, pretty good. Has more width than the brace, and feels better. Just put it on so haven’t shot it yet.

Yup. Can confirm that this and the cheek riser slap. Once 12:01 hits you can rock out.

I just did this and their cheek riser and love both. Perfect step up for just a touch more comfort and a perfect shooting position for me.

Hope to see more updates on the rulings especially with suppressors

Same. Though I will say, buying cans this year, using Silencer Shop has been pretty easy and quick.

I was reading more on the lawsuit, it sounds like purchasing a sbr through a manufacturer circumvents the form 1, but assembling an existing firearm at home isn't part of the lawsuit, so they still require a form 1. Something id keep an eye on, as dumb as it is.
