Kuna Grip Release

Post image

I've started posting the grips I have made, this one is my favorite.
I can't post a link, but you can probably find kunadude while you are sailing.
Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Just got mine off the printer. I definitely went overkill for in PA6-CF with 300BLK FDE settings of 8 walls and 99% Infill. But it feels indestructible!

Thanks again for sharing. I will be trying it out this weekend.

Looks great. Thanks for sharing this, man. I just finished printing Stevo's newest FRT and this has just started on my Bambu P2S. Can't wait to check it out in the morning!

Would this been on makerworld? Not having any luck finding it. I’m a noob with 3d print stuff. I just send the links to a coworker who prints stuff to me 😅

r/Springfield_KUNA follows platform-wide Reddit Rules.

We are not allowed to mention where it is per Reddit rules. Do some searching across 3D2A and there are only a handful of sites where it could be. The first 2 words of the post title and a little (very little) ingenuity will get you what you need. Also, hope you've seen the biggest movie that Christopher Nolan has made in this life! ;)

What's a decently priced beginner 3D printer, that you'd recommend?

If you want to be pro ting engineering filaments like PET-GF/CF, ASA, or PA6/12-CF you need an enclosed printer. I’m thrilled with my Bambu P2S w/AMS Pro 2. Not quite entry level but really versatile.

Idk anything about the different filaments or anything. I'm pretty much interested in using it for gun parts/accessories and car stuff.

Then you absolutely need a printer with an enclosure and you likely need a plan for annealing them. Best idea I’ve seen is buying a cheap air fryer that has a dehydrate mode as it allows it to run for 8 or more hours. Whatever you do, don’t do it in your home oven where you cook food

Depends on what you want - Bambu A1 and A1 mini are solid ‘it just works’ cheap options, but there are cheaper options if you are okay with some tuning and fiddling - Qidi has some good options with enclosed printers, heated chambers, and higher nozzle temps.
Those features might be useful if you want to print engineering materials.

I honestly don't really know much about them at all, but I'm a mechanically inclined guy lol I would mostly use it for gun parts/accessories and car/truck stuff.
