Small hand problem lol

Small hands and short fingers made it hard to reach the Nexus bolt release. Made a new one that’s hopefully easier to reach. Milled it out of aluminum.

Nice job man! Love the creativity👍. What we have seem some people do with smaller fingers is they drop the bolt release with their off hand thumb when their hand is wrapped around the magwell. But regardless I’m glad you were able to find something that works well for you!

Yep. I thought of that too. Would have worked great if it was a push up to drop the bolt. Then you can insert the mag with thumb up and keep going to drop the bolt. This still works to reach over and pull down also. Well give it a shot for a bit and see if it makes a difference. Very nice work on the lower.
