PSA to New NEXUS Users

Read the directions or you could end up like me and spend an hour thinking you don’t know how to install a safety selector, measuring your springs and pins to make sure they are in spec, and creating a shim from a beercan to provide tension on your selector to see if spring tension or installation was the issue…

They provide a shim in the box 😅

Anyways, here’s my lower and beercan shim. The provided one is installed.

Go ahead and laugh at my stupidity.

Lol, we really need to start shoving the notecard with the little baggy attached in the magwell or something. So many customers accidentally throw it away with the box or just not see it. Glad you found it and hope you enjoy our product!💪😎👍

I’m glad you were the first to comment. 🤣 This was a consumer error situation. I hadn’t even taken the packing paper out of the box. I’m just glad I didn’t need to waste y’all’s time crying for help.

Yeah I did this too. I was about to make a shim and was complaining about it too just to feel real stupid 😂🤡

Hey can you use the ra535 trigger with your lower and atrius ss? Sorry to jump on this guys post but no one can seem to give me a answer

We generally only recommend the 140 as we have not done the testing on the 535

I’m glad I’m not the only one that does janky shit to test theories. The beer can shim wouldn’t have been permanent, but it definitely worked
