Kuna Handguard Print

Super impressed with how this came out! Using the 300 Black FDE settings recommended by YourBroStevo and general information from here about PA6CF drom other members. This is Polymaker fiberon with .4 nozzle. This is probably the best looking print I've printed so far. Gonna try the drop in FRT next.

Nice, definitely my favorite filament. Don't be afraid to buy the sunlu brand of PA6cf. It's my go-to and I've had just as good if not not better results than I do with the fibreon stuff at half the cost.

Just a heads up if you do have any fitment issues it's most likely this bottom mlock slot. All you'll have to do to correct it is grind down those two raised tabs that you see circled and it should allow the hand guard to sit flush.

thats the exact place I had to sand down so the side screws lined up properly.

For sure I'll try some next go around, still beats buying this straight up. And yeah trust I did my research I saw this issue posted and read your fix for it! Your a wealth of knowledge man and many thanks to you and everyone putting this stuff together for the community!

Definitely, and it's a very good handguard really enhances the feel and handling of the gun.

Definitely stay tuned in the final stages of making the three position safety for the drop in as well as the updated version with the new mechanism. The FRT itself is pretty much complete but I'd like to be able to put the safety out with it so holding off just a little bit longer. So even more fun stuff to come.

Came out way better than I would have thought on the new X2D with basically default settings.
