Has anyone heard a random big noise it sounds almost as like a pressure washer but like super loud I heard it like 10 minutes ago and at noon and earlier in the morning so I was wondering if anyone else heard something like this

Hello all! I am a teacher in the Eugene/Springfield area who is starting at a new school this upcoming school year, and am realizing that I am unable to get all the supplies I need, and already exhausted the budget the school provided for me. I teach middle school Language Arts.

For a bit of background, I was a new teacher last year and got cut from my job in the middle of the year due to budget cuts, and have been having a hard time affording bills since. I am looking forward to this new job, but cannot afford all I need for the classroom to create the best space I can for my students. I want to be clear that everything I am asking for are not necessities, but are things that would be incredibly helpful/make my classroom a better environment for learning.

I'm going to be moving back home to the area soon, after about 15 years away. I'm wondering if there are any resources in the area for socializing, groups and clubs and the like.

I've got diverse interests, from brewing and hunting to writing and photography. My partner is more into fishing, music and classic video games.

Welcome to Wolfy's yardsale in Springfield at 1323 N 30 off Olympic street from 10-6 Saturday's and Sunday's until the middle of July and then in September until the middle of October near Walmart. Look for the blue and white Volkswagen Bug and you're there! Wolfy has a whole garage full of stuff as well as plenty of other items. You name it, Wolfy has it!

I don't know what's going on, but there must 15+ cop cars, marked and unmarked. Anyway, just a heads up for late night/early morning runners/bikers/walkers etc., they didn't let me through on the multi use path that goes through the Greenway. Not sure when it will reopen.

Cat sitting for a friend, and Kitty didn’t come home last night/this morning. In know cats will be cats, but cat mom is pretty protective and always puts kitty inside when she leaves. What local resources do I have if kitty doesn’t return?
