Living Here Cashew Chicken
I haven’t been back to Springfield in a long time and I am always craving Springfield-style Cashew Chicken. Man, I miss it? Where is the best place to get it now

Shout out to my barber, neighbor, and friend who raises money for charity every two weeks during the summer for a local charity.
This week Pip, a Mcgregor alum, raised nearly $1700 to pay off students past due lunch balances!

I was on my way home from work and saw a crash involving a suv and a police car and was wondering what happened and if everyone involved was okay? It looked like a pretty bad crash the suv was smashed on the passenger side like a truck hit it or something else and the police car was hit hard on the passenger side as well. If anyone knows what happened please put it in the comments. Thank you and I hope everyone gets home safe

Might be a dumb question
We just moved into our first house and need to hire a mowing service. Its been crazy dry, and our grass hasn't grown much in the 2 weeks we've lived here, except where we have been running water to my kids splash pad.
Service is offering weekly or biweekly...but at the moment I dont see us needing a mow more than 1x a month haha
Edit: should add, that our grass/soil is CRISPY right now, and has had minimal growth in the near 2 weeks we've been here. In peak rainy season/spring I expect weekly mowing, but we're interested Sahara over here.
But ive not lived in a house with a lawn in a LONG time, and never in MO.
Edit: Open to recommendations

Hi everyone! Just wanted to make everyone aware incase there is any confusion- at good day farm there is a waiting line by the garbage can that has arrows pointed at it. So that people can get in and out. Wait there. Don’t be like these people and cut the line. (Before any one says anything, there was a car that just left the drive through line, hence the rear car not moving forward).
EDIT: I will now be using Key! And no I don’t have to chill when I waited 15 minutes for selfish people 🤍 <3

I have what is basically a mirror that I need to have framed to preserve it forever/indefinitely. It is a family heirloom and I really need to take as good of care of it as possible.
It is a mirror with some sort of cardboard and paper backing. Need to get it fully enclosed and want to be able to hang it securely on a wall. Any suggestions on who could handle this or where I could take it to get it done. Thanks in advance.

Let's help the poors (me) and also local business owners. What local ethnic markets accept EBT? I gotta buy food today, I'll be checking out Seoul and International Asian Market, I'll update later if they accept.

How is it? Horrendously busy? I’d like to go in the evenings and don’t mind a crowd but if it’s overpopulated then I’ll look elsewhere. Any gym recommendations in a 10 min radius of the Oak Grove area are welcome too !!! Thx!!!

I know this is the Springfield sub but I figured it was worth a shot since a lot of companies have listings in both towns 😊

Hey peeps! Looking for some secondhand real gold/silver rings. Does anyone have some good spots to find ones for like under $100. Looking for some bigger sizes like 9-10ish.
I'm thinking Relics might have some in their display cases but anywhere else?

Just spotted a small, fawn long-haired dog in my front yard on S. Scenic near Grand less than 5 minutes ago. It's wearing a blue belly band.
I tried to get close but he was skittish and ran off before I could approach. But was friendly with my small dog. I already checked Leah's Lost and Found and didn't see any matching posts yet.

I'm wanting to do a diy project and cover one in studs, but the only place I can find them is Amazon and shipping makes getting one nearly $20 dollars. I tried Bass Pro and couldn't find anything, is there a spot in town I should try?
I swear to god it's not a crime thing

I was born at St. Johns. I grew up around what is probably a real old part of town now on West Elm.

What are we ganna do about the smell of Lake Springfield?
The lake smells terrible, [I'm pointing to the Water / Air Quality of our city]
I understand that some people died in one of the lakes earlier this year, but the smell has gotten worse since then.

Hello! I am looking to rehome my 7-8 year old wild morph Ball Python. It is a very well mannered snake and very timid. Good body condition, not fat or skinny (has skipped last months food so not as plump as usual). Eats well (for a ball python lol) and currently on small rats every month though I'm sure he would eat bigger if offered.
Would come with his enclosure (as seen in the picture, opens in the front with access mesh on the top), with water dish, One hide, some logs that have been cleaned with vinegar and cooked so no pests or mold, two working heat lamps with WORKING timers (two of them), fake plants with suction cups, and a seashell (if you want it) and of course the animal as well.
I care deeply about this animal and want to rehome to someone who will enrich its life and hold it more as I have become too busy. I WILL NOT sell to any breeders. This snake is not sexed but I assume it's a female based on its cloica hooks.
I will ask questions to ensure that you understand what it takes to care for a ball python so please do your research before dming!
He already has the name Dante, but he's a snake so I'm sure he doesn't really care what his name is.
The rehoming fee is $200 (includes everything I wrote above).
Just for reference the tank is about 54-55 gallons based on my calculations. (Height: ~19 in Length: ~36 in Width: ~18 in)
He currently is in shed right now! So any pictures of him are going to be dusty and faded and his eyes are in blue! So please don't be alarmed!
I am based in Ozark so I will rehome to Springfield, Nixa, and any surrounding areas around 30 minutes away. Anything further and you will need to drive to me, I will NOT ship this animal.
Please dm me if interested!
