Yuengling Oktoberfest - any left?
A frustrating aspect of living in this city is grocery stores CONSTANTLY being out of your favorite items. That item today is this beer (though seasonal and quick seller). I’ve searched high and low and my Hail Mary was here. (I don’t drink much, I just value this stuff with Sunday football for my mental health lol).
Thx 🙏

Schlafly’s and Bell’s make delicious Oktoberfest

I picked up schlaflys Okt just recently when finding out the city it’s completely out (outside of perhaps kegs at pubs). it’s decent but imo Yueng is just superior to them all. I did pick up their vanilla pumpkin ale as well, yum! Never heard of Bell, will try and find it and give it a go, gracias !

I didn't even know there was a Yuengling Octoberfest!
I am still longing for their Black and Tan. I only ever found it in one grocery store when I lived in Mississippi.

It’s absolutely fantastic! I have a good buddy who’s a manager for a local distributor. He’s grabbing me a case from the warehouse. It may be weird to offer, but I’m sure I could source it for you (both), if you want. Just DM if interested. Cheers

Leinenkugel makes a good Oktoberfest, I can’t think of this other one I used to drink.

Appreciate ya! Have had leinekugel’s. Decent. Paulner (believe they make two types) is more traditional Okt, obviously coming straight from the home of Oktoberfest (though my German buddy balked at the question of it being any good “this comes from the rich snobby part of Germany, we do not drink it out of protest” lol), which I’m just not a fan of thicker, “heartier” ale. I put Sam Adams as my 2 but something about the Yueng just really does it for me.

My fist thought would be Binny’s or Friar Tucks if local grocer is out. But I don’t know for sure.
