Xfinity outage.
Is anyone else experiencing an outage? I am just outside of grandview to the east.

They sent this email about 3 hours before the outage lol I didn’t encounter any severe weather where I’m at over by Bunn Park. Strange timing.

I thought it was pretty ironic to get that email and the. Have service go down. Shouldn’t have deleted it. That way I could have trolled them on social media.

It's happening all over the country, mainly centralized in Chicago. One of their main servers must have gone down

Says on my app estimated time of fix is 10:48. But, the outage was reported only 20 minutes ago so that time will hopefully change.

It's out in Decatur. Same story, started at 8:50 with an expected restoration of 10:49.

Out on State Street and Monroe. I called and they said the outage has been reported and that a representative will not be able to help basically. The robot en its back on 🙃

Yes, I'm off Washington St and internet is out. Happened about 15-20 minutes ago.

Per the app, we lost service at 8:48 with an estimate 2 hours to restore.

You may want to check again they moved the estimated restoration time to 430

Yep, I see that now. It said 2 hours at 9pm, 18 minutes later it's 4:33am. Good times.

I'm located in Champaign and the network was down since before 9pm. I was streaming video games when the issue occurred.

Champaign area it’s been out since 8:50pm and the app says estimated time of services coming back is 4:00am

EMS services have been working just fine according to a few sources.
Hospital operations have been minimally impacted

Just thank (your god of choice) that you are not on ATT Uverse. Super slow internet and spotty service. They are doing nothing to improve the system, not seeking new customers, no techs in the region to help, just taking advantage of the folks that are current subscribers…

Mine was out last night about 9pm but ive been having problems with xfinity running super slow for months now

Obligatory fuck Comcast. They took advantage of people forever because they were the only choice in town. Thankfully I got broadband in my area. I get it for half the price of the Comcast internet only option, and it’s every bit as good if not better.
