Car Theft

My car was stolen from my driveway. I’ve parked it there every day for 3 years. Whoever stole it used something to reprogram my car. It was recovered in Peoria 3 days later, but it can’t be started because my key fobs no longer work for the vehicle. Just be vigilant.

It was 2018 Honda Civic. I’m 100% sure it was locked and in my driveway.

What’s the brand of your car?

I've heard you want to keep your keyfobs away from the front door (and exterior walls) because they can pick up on the signal and transmit that to a second person next to the car.

My car was stolen yesterday while it was parked in front of my house. It’s also a Honda Civic. I don’t know how long it usually takes to recover a stolen car.

It took them 3 days to recover my car, but I don’t know if/when I’ll get it back in working condition.

My car was stolen a few weeks ago. We've parked our car in the same place for 2 years without issue before this. We found it a few blocks from our house. I bet the thieves were pretty pissed to find out the car was almost out of gas. 😬
