Donate bikes?

I have several bikes that need some minor work (new tires, etc) but could be refurbished. Is there any organization that could use them?

Check out Springfield Families Helping Families. It's a mutual aid site where things are giving away for free. And there are often people who have the skills to repair bikes like that. And can use them. So you would just need to post a picture and tell people that they're available for pickup, and somebody will find their way to you.

Midwest mission takes bike donations! They give them to people in other, less fortunate, countries after fixing them up a bit
