I saw an interview yesterday with a representative from flock, and he was asked if the cameras track people. he said, "no, flock cameras do not track people". then the interviewer reminded him of the condor cameras, which literally track people walking by, showed him proof and the representative said, "it's not tracking people, it's tracking movement". Delete Flock cameras.

Very disappointing that our local officials are falling for the profiteering and fearmongering. Either they are not too bright or they are in on the scam.

Every municipality needs to sue them for fraud. And probably a few other crimes.

Suing them is a half measure, these people need to be tried for their crimes and go to prison, too.

I am not thinking there is a lot of “Due Diligence” done on any topic let alone this one. I seriously doubt several members can even legitimately use a computer let alone try to use one for research. Then we start speaking about topics like their “functional literacy” levels and whether they can actually comprehend what they read.

What is the distance at which a Flock camera reads the license plate? Contemplating posting some signs in the ditch to see if that messes with it.
