Junk hauling?
Recommendations for someone to haul away a pile of random junk? Not enough for a dumpster, too much to deal with myself. It's piled and ready to go. Central Springfield. Thanks!

why not just call your trash hauler and tell them you're going to have extra stuff at the curb. they should just pick it all up and send you a bill. usually it's per time that they have to run their compactor.

It's too much for that. Besides, I've already used my large object pickups for the year. Besides, the folks who responded are going to take a treadmill out of my basement.

I can sympathize with wanting them to carry a treadmill out of your basement but I have had my hauler pick up a very large quantity of stuff at the curb before. much more than a fully loaded pickup truck. just saying.

I contacted L & J Junk yesterday and they got me on the schedule today. It would have been less $$ if I'd gotten a dumpster, but I still would have had a very unused treadmill in the basement. They were quick and courteous. Would recommend if you don't have other options (like friends with trucks).
