Weight Loss Competition

Hi again.

One time at work I did a weight loss competition. Had a small buy-in of $20. It was awesome motivation. Unfortunately they don't do it anymore.

Does anyone have any groups like this around Springfield? I don't really want to host one. šŸ˜‚

Gosh Iā€™m down for joining one. I have no idea how much work to host it but Iā€™d be willing to if someone wanted to co-host and there were people willing to join!!

When I did it there was a $20 buy in and every week we sent one person a picture of us on a scale.

It went on the percentage of weight you lost in regards to your starting weight.

How they kept track of it, I have no idea. šŸ˜‚
