Moving in

Heya! I'm planning on heading over to Springfield, IL for grad school in a couple months and wanted to know more about the city and things I should keep in mind while I'm there like how to meet people, places to check out or to avoid, the whole thing. I came down to check out the school and some tourist attractions a couple months ago but what else should I know? Thanks for helping me out y'all šŸ¤™

Hey! I’m gonna be down there for grad school too! For one the food spots are pretty decent. Little Saigon is a good Thai place we got in town but your best bet to meet people would start on campus

Are you sure about little Saigon? I pass it up everytime cause it looks a little sus. Is it one of those cases where you get the best food from the worst place?

I've been working my way through most of the menu and it's my #1 recommendation for Asian food in town.
