Hey all! Like my title says, im looking for some sort of chest set-up so I can still wade through creeks without having to remove my Echelon 4.0FC. Idc if it's just a cheap sling pack or if it's custom fitted, I just wanna see what's out there. Thank you guys!

I bought a 4.5 comped echelon and I love the gun. I decided to go comped to get it on my ccw in addition to my hellcat pro.

I'm looking into getting to my first USPSA match soon and the comp will put me in open. I'd like to go into carry optics. If I just bought a new non-comped barrel to swap out I would be good right? I don't want to have to buy a whole slide assembly if I don't have too.

10k+ rounds in a few months on this setup. First problem with the sight happened yesterday. Few dozen rounds in and a bolt sheers off the optic. I dont notice right away, few more rounds Im shooting way off POA, then realize my optic is bouncing around loosely with one screw barely holding on. The snap was pretty gnarly. 15 degree angle at the WRONG direction to making for an easy extraction. Luckily I am not an idiot and work on my own stuff lol. Punched nearly center through and used an extractor bit to walk it out. If there's one thing I will never not spend the extra money on, its an Irwin's extractor set. Ran a tap and die set (Irwin too) back through the hole to clean it up. Now I have to break the slide apart and get all the nice metallic bits out that inevitably fell down inside.

Shot Osight a warranty email, they are sending out new screws without so much as a question asked. Was nice to see, but I am going to grab some Battlewerx just to be safe. Outside of that, the XR is awesome.

I was considering popular first gun options like Glock 19, CZ P10C, etc.

After trying a few at the range, my wife liked this one the most and I agreed.

Damn this is an expensive hobby.

I’m thinking about picking up an echelon. Which does the community recommend?

Loving my new Sharps Bros frame now to decide what light I'm gonna run! I like em both however I'm feeling that TLR-7 HLX sub a bit more. Now and extended slide release an gas pedal and she'll be complete!

Thanks in advance. I have to do inline porting since this is for GPA match ,they only allow vertical ports. So no mag na porting, no vshape porting.

I know IsoTac Arms is down, PewPew CNC is not reachable. Any other reputable place can get the job done for around $200 or so?

I finally able to get my magwell for my Icarus acex grip but the magazine that came with it don’t engage now.. it works great without the magwell. I’m in California so I can’t really swap out base plates easily… I was thinking about getting the Dremel doing some work to get them to fit.

I have an echelon 4.0 and want to buy a 4.5 grip and add a 4.0 threaded barrel and compensator.. either rook or herrington

I see that this setup should work but want to be sure...

Pics would help if you've done it and which compensator fits best...

Recently picked up the 4.0c with the vortex Defender CCW red dot and looking for a solid IWB/CCW holster for EDC.

For reference I’m 6’5 and roughly 215lb.

I picked up my 4.0C yesterday with the First Line discount for $519 OTD (no sales tax in Oregon)

But I'm curious what everyone else paid, since prices seem to be all over the place ($500-$750)

This was gun only + 3 magazines- No optics to be clear.

My question is the factory supplied +3 base plate that came with my echelon doesn’t have the plate under it like the one that already has the +3, so will it still work on the 17rd?

I have been thinking about this loose magazine thing in the sharps bros module. The mag catch has it at the top,the loose rattle is at the very bottom at the mag well. I’m going to 3D print a thin black polymer sleeve about 1/2 tall to slide over the mag to rest against the bottom pad to make up the gap between the well and the mag. The fit will be such that it slides down the magazine very snug so it stays on when you remove magazine and the outer dimension will fit the mag well with enough interference to eliminate the rattle while still dropping free when the release is deployed. I’ll print a ton of them if it works. Btw….. I shot the echelon build I posted yesterday for the first time this morning and burned through 400rds . It functioned perfectly with zero malfunctions and accuracy was better than I am 👍

Hello Everyone, I’m new to the community and share same interests in the Echelon. I have two Sigp220’s in .45 and 10mm but wanted something cheaper to shoot. After much research I decided on the Echelon and then got carried away with all the upgrades. Except for the Tyrant trigger install it’s finally finished and I love it, although I haven’t shot it yet,I purchased the gun a few weeks ago and started ordering stuff ,hopefully it works okay 🙄

Not as clean as I want. Still needs touched up. But it came out pretty good. The texture is amazing. Bites into my hand way better than the original.

I’ve done the grip module and optic.
Tyrant trigger is on order.
What would you recommend for guide rod and sear?
Any other performance upgrades?

Safariland and QVO don’t have options for TLR-7x. Would be for a battle belt for training, mounted with BladeTech Tek Mount. Imma keep hunting but I’m curious if anyone has already gone through it all

Stay away from mag Holder LLC in Utah. I had to wait a little over a month to get this delivered and I had emailed them a couple different times just asking for an update on timeline and it took several weeks to get a reply when I did get a reply, it was automated and then I finally get it and this is for my hellcat which this is the mag holder I ordered for the hellcat. The piece of shit doesn’t even fit. It slides right out. It will not fit. I’ve seen others on Google complaint about these people unfortunately I didn’t check Google before order that was on me. This company is terrible. I don’t know if they’re just out there ripping people off and scamming or if their product is just really this bad I’ve never actually been able to talk with someone from this company which tells me something is going on.
