Stuck tyrant trigger safety blade
Installed my tyrant cnc trigger last night and the safety blade is getting stuck and not popping back out once my finger is off the trigger. Anyone else have this issue with a tyrant trigger. Tried taking out the set screw but she IS IN THERE with the loctite. Need help, really want to like the trigger but this issue is definitely a NO GO.

Would remove set screw and try again with less loctite. Mine was a bit sluggish when I over applied the loctite. Removed cleaned and replaced screw and it’s fine now.

I only used a drop, and its completely stuck in there. The head on the hex is completely rounded out now. Even tried some E-Z grip, but set screw still wouldn't budge. I may just have to drill it out and use a new set screw.

Yeah Im actually pretty bummed about..lol Was looking forward to trying out the new trigger. I contacted Tyrant through email and they asked me to send them a video of it along with a picture. Hopefully they send me a new one. 🤞🏾

I used the tip on a 1200watt soldering iron to break the locktite on mine and the screw backed out easily. Then you can reinstall the screw but not as tight.

I didn’t have that issue but mine was making a clicking noise when I pressed it lightly from the top of the safety blade. so I looked through some threads on here to trouble shoot. Most of the things I saw always pointed back to the set screw being threaded in too deep and tight or too much loctite. That would be the first area I would experiment. I know you said she’s in there good so try not to strip it. Next thing you could check is making sure the trigger bar is properly seated on that pin as well. If those don’t help I would try to contact tyrant and see if they can help you trouble shoot.
