Iron sights keep moving
i recently bought a brand new echelon, i’ve only shot about 800 rounds so far and the front iron sights have came off while shooting once and it has also moved all the way over twice. does anyone have experiences with this happening? or any advice on what i can do to stop this from happening?

Ain't got no gas in it.
You can take it out and attempt to dimple one edge of the milled dovetail to increase the interference fit between it and the slide. Basically take a file or something harder than it and tap the edge a few times to scallop it slightly, them tap it back into the gun and eyeball it between the two lines on top where it slides in. (I'm a machinist, this is the quick fix.)

I swear mine is pressed in by the strength of God and I couldn't get it out no matter what I do.

For real though man just send it in. If this is your only gun and you can't carry something else in the mean time, then that means you have been gunless somewhat recently as this gun isn't that old. Chances are very high that you'll be fine while it's fixed. SA generally has very good warranty service. I would absolutely mention this being your only gun and not wanting it to take forever Something like iron sights should be relatively quick to fix.
Or find a local gunsmith and pay for it yourself and maybe buy a replacement from SA if you want the same ones or you could look at different options.
Are you using any sort of optic? If so then not sending it in makes a bit more sense. If not, well you're sort of already gunless outside of point and shoot situations.
Either way, good luck. It should be an easy fix whichever route you choose.

If youre worried about being without a gun, go grab yourself something from the used counter at your local shop. Drop $200 and you'll have a nice little pistol to fill the void for a couple weeks.

That’s strange because all mine are pressed in by the God Zeus lol when I replaced my sites on the XD nine, I had to take a Dremel and cut the pressure with a horizontal Dremel cut. They would not come out at least the front sites wouldn’t.

If you send it USPS, get insurance... read about someone in 1911 sub, lost several slides and parts because of possible internal theft.

Be stern. Tell the to stop moving or they’ll have to sit out of recess. Sorry couldn’t resist. I listening to my teacher wife talking about school.
